Return Conditions

Any damage beyond normal wear, loss of items, or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges. We conduct inspections upon collection to assess item condition and identify any issues that need to be addressed.
Please report any damage or issues immediately upon discovery, even if they occur during your rental period. Early reporting helps us address situations appropriately and may prevent additional charges.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping and collection costs are typically included in your rental agreement. Our standard service includes delivery and collection, so you generally do not need to arrange return transportation yourself.
If special collection arrangements are required or if items need to be returned to a different location than originally delivered, additional charges may apply. We will discuss any such arrangements and associated costs with you in advance.
Return Process

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event date may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or processing fees specified in your agreement. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event may be eligible for partial refunds.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date may not be eligible for refunds, as we may have already committed resources and scheduled services. However, we will review each situation individually and work to find fair solutions.
Refund Procedure
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Refunds are issued for the rental fees paid, minus any applicable cancellation fees, damage charges, or other amounts specified in your agreement. We will provide a clear breakdown of any deductions when processing refunds.
